MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS

the model of this crane is XGT6515A-10S, the maximum lifting capacity is 10 tonnes, the jib size is bare tower, the jib length is 65 metres, and the whole machine weight is 17,500 kg!
The machine lifting mechanism, slewing mechanism,luffing mechanism are frequency conversion speed control mechanism,electronic control system using components, protection devices for mechanical or electromechanical integration products, complete and reliable, the machine has a fixed, walking, attached, climbing and other types of work, can meet the city high-rise buildings, industrial plants, power stations, dams, bridges and other building construction needs.
The balancing weight is required for all the upper rotary tower cranes, whose function is to support the balancing weight to form the balancing moment opposite to the direction of the lifting moment required in the design. In addition to the counterweight, thelifting mechanism is often installed at its rear end.
The function of the tower crane tip is to bear the upper load from the boom pulling rope and the balancing arm pulling rope,and to transfer directly to the tower body structure through the rotary tower, turntable, bearing and other structural components.
The top of the self elevating tower has a truncated cone column, a forward or backward inclined truncated cone column, a herringbon frame and a diagonal bracing frame.
